1. Book your appointment online

• If you are booking for two people please contact us and let us know.

• Please check if you have a health condition that prevents you from a treatment at Tokyo Headspa.

2. Kindly pay your deposit

• All bookings require a deposit to secure your treatment/s

• Please see our Booking Policy

• Please provide an Australian mobile number, if you only have an overseas mobile number please contact us.

3. A Consultation form will be sent to you a week prior to your treatment.

• We require this completed and returned prior to your treatment.

• If you arrive at your treatment without a completed form, it will need to be completed upon arrival and will shorten your treatment time.

4. Treatment day

• Please wear an open-neck top so that we can apply optional oil (this does not apply to the dry massage)

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your booking time. Kindly do not arrive more than 5-10 minutes prior to your booking as therapists will be finalising previous treatments and Salon Lane receptionist may be unavailable to assist.

• If you arrive late your booking cannot be extended. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time.
