It is not recommended to have a Dreams Labs massage experience if you are currently diagnosed with, recovering from, or undergoing treatment for certain medical conditions. Review the conditions below to see if you are eligible for a Dream Labs experience.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from the following guests:
Pregnancy: Our pressure point massage is quite effective. A pregnant woman's body has a different hormone balance and allergic reactions to certain products and sensitivity to treatment are unpredictable.
Cancer: We do not wish to place any additional risk on your condition. Please consult your doctor and provide written approval. Regrettably, without a doctor's consent, we cannot proceed with a treatment.
Undergoing Radiation Therapy: Regrettably, we cannot proceed with a treatment to avoid risk to our therapists and other salon guests.
Injuries, dislocations or post-surgery: We do not wish to place any additional risk to your recovery. Please consult your doctor and provide written approval. Regrettably, without a doctor's consent, we cannot proceed with a treatment.
Contagious diseases or viruses: Regrettably, we are unable to proceed with a treatment to avoid any risk to our therapists and other salon guests.

Non-contagious dandruff, psoriasis and dermatitis: If the condition is light (without bleeding, pain and inflammation), our massage can benefit the scalp. Please advise of your condition prior to your massage via the consultation form that will be sent 7 days before your appointment.
